Delivery

Glasshouse Academy of Beauty & Aesthetics currently delivers to UK, Ireland and other European and international customers. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels.

First-class delivery for the United Kingdom

First-class delivery is from £5.39. We send all our parcels via recorded Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for delivery, therefore the customer’s signature is required. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

International deliveries

Standard international delivery is from £15.00. We send our parcels via Royal Mail international delivery. Allow up to 14 days for delivery.

Returns

According to EU regulations, cosmetics are non-returnable products. So we do not accept any of our products back, whether the item has been used or not.
